Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We want to ensure that every item we resell is in pristine condition. Therefore, the following criteria must be met:
- Unworn and Unwashed: The swimwear must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Original Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Hygiene Liners: For health and hygiene reasons, the protective hygiene liners in the bottoms must be intact and undisturbed. We cannot accept returns on swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed or tampered with.
- Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-returnable.
- Personalized Items: Any custom-made or personalized swimwear cannot be returned unless it arrives defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you secure the new item immediately, rather than waiting for the return process to complete.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

- Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
International Returns
For customers returning items from outside the country of purchase, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. We cannot reimburse these costs.
